About Me
My name is Nathan Adelman and I am currently a Sophomore. My major is Psychology and I plan to minor in Neuroscience and Spanish. I was born and grew up in Canton, Ohio. As you may be able to see, I love playing soccer and traveling. I am a member of the UNCW club soccer team. I also enjoy playing soccer, along with other sports in my free-time. I have been extremely lucky to have been able to travel abroad multiple times in my life thus far, and definitely plan on continuing that in the future!

Favorite place to study on campus- When it comes to studying, I'm pretty basic. The second floor rooms that you can reserve in the library are my favorite place to study/get work done.
A piece of advice to incoming freshmen- The one thing that I would emphasize to incoming freshman is not to be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. College is a completely new experience, and one that has so many great opportunities. But if you do not do things that might be uncomfortable at first, you might miss out on something amazing! Along with that, being outgoing is definitely a must.
Favorite Tradition at UNCW- I would have to say Oozeball. For those of you who do not know, Oozeball is a volleyball tournament, but with a twist. Instead of playing on traditional courts, courts of dirt are sprayed down with firetruck hoses, which creates a huge mess. Although I was not able to play this year due to an injury, even watching was very entertaining! Everyone gets super muddy and it makes even the most athletic people look clumsy. It's truly a fun experience to be a part of.
